Contractual data is the data required and voluntarily provided for contract fulfillment (contract conclusion, amendment, termination, billing of fees). The contract data will be used until the end of the calendar year following the termination of the respective contract.

Usage data from services and products used is for example, the data volume used, booked Magenta TV content, connected SmartHome components, energy consumption and software licenses used. Additionally, data is recorded that is generated when Telekom websites and apps are visited, as well as data that results from opening and clicking behaviour of Telekom emails to customers. Interest profiles are created with the usage data, linked to the contract data and used as a basis for individual product recommendations. Information about operating systems, browser data and the device used is also stored.

Location data is data that is used to determine your location. When using services on the move, information about your actual location (e.g. WLAN access points or cell phone cells) is recorded and processed.
